Water Conservation – Help us keep cost down!
Don’t Drain Your Resources – Please conserve water! Our BIGGEST monthly bill is
our water bill averaging anywhere from $4,500 to $6,000 monthly. This expense
utilizes the bulk of our monthly maintenance dues. Money we can utilize
towards repairs and upkeep of our community.
Every time you take a shower, flush the toilet, or wash vegetables, you have the
opportunity to conserve water. Using water wisely does not mean cramping your
lifestyle.
Help us help you - please use water wisely!
Official Unit Owner Roster
We are still missing the majority of updated unit owner information to include
updated contact telephone numbers and email addresses. Please help us keep
the official unit owner roster updated by emailing us at
riverviewcondo3@yahoo.com with this information as we are looking to
hopefully be able to email the majority of our correspondence to you in the near
future in an effort to save on cost.

Sewer Maintenance
Do not put handi-wipes or grease down the drain!!! Likewise, do not put anything
down any drains or toilets that does not belong (this includes dish towels,
sanitary napkins, Kleenex, paper towels, etc.). The sewers of Riverview Condo III
are in a very delicate balance; abusing them even slightly will result in further
disruptive service and extremely expensive repairs. Thanks to new technology
and video we are now able to tell if any of these items are being flushed down
the toilet as well as which units it is coming from. If it is found that it’s coming
from your unit, you will be held responsible for paying for any repairs related to
your negligence. This includes your neighbors repairs should they be affected
as well. We need each and every resident of Riverview to help do their part to
maintain the efficiency of our pipes and sewers of Riverview Condo III.
