RIVERVIEW CONDOMINIUM III PARKING POLICIES
All owners/renters must display a Riverview Condominium III parking permit on their
vehicles parked in the visitor parking spaces.
Parking Areas
Visitor parking by permit ONLY are designated and labeled in yellow on the ground as
"Condo 3". Parking is not allowed in grass on curbs, doubled parked or piggy backed behind
another vehicle even if it is behind/blocking your own vehicle. You will be towed at your
own expense if caught violating the above.
Parking permits are valid for a period of 1 year only and new permits will be
available/issued every January 1st of the following year The cost per permit will be $50 per
year and is restricted to 2 permits per unit.
We aggressively enforce our parking policies and vehicles parked in a visitor parking space
WITHOUT a permit will be towed at owner's expense. As a COURTESY, our property manager
will keep track and provide a warning to first time offenders. Vehicles will be towed
automatically for second and beyond offenders at owners expense - no exceptions.
Also, visitor parking is for not more than 2 days in a row in the same parking space as there
is a 48 hour parking restriction that applies whether you have a parking permit or not. If
parked in the same spot for more than 48 hours you will be towed at your expense.
Any vehicle parked in such a manner as to prevent free access to or egress from any road,
passage way, fire lane, parking area or parking space is subject to being towed at their
expense.
The issuance of "warning" by Riverview Condominium III and property manager for
violation(s) of these parking regulations is discretionary. Individual(s) may assume that if
they are in violation of any of these regulations, their vehicle(s) will be towed at their
expense.
