Dear Homeowners,

We have finally come out of the stone age and created, printed
and distributed our first newsletter in August 2013.  We will
continue to do them going forward to keep all owners informed of
community/neighborhood updates and upcoming events.  

We are looking to phase out hand delivery of our Newsletters to
help save on the cost of printing and instead send them out
electronically via email.  If you still want to continue receiving
copies of our Newsletters please go to the "Contact Us" section of
our website and send us your contact information to include
name, unit number, address, and most importantly your email
address.

Newsletters will no longer be available via this site as this is a
public site and on occasion our Newsletters contain private
information that should only be accessible to homeowners.
