| NEVER AGAIN BE LATE WITH YOUR ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE MONTHLY DUES! Riverview Condominium III has partnered up with PayLease.com which is an online payment service. Effective November 1, 2013 owners of Riverview Condominium III now have the option to pay for the following via electronic check or with your credit card (additional fees applies based on the option chosen for payment but cost is definitely much cheaper than having to pay a $50 late fee). There's a per ACH Transaction fee of $2.95 incurred by resident and 3.5% transaction fee if paying with your credit card (MasterCard, Discover,Visa & American Express)* - Monthly Account Receivable Dues - Assessments - Yearly Parking Permits - Copy of By Law/Welcome Kit * For all credit cards transactions incurred by the payer, a convenience fee equal to the ACH convenience fee will be charged to the payer in accordance with all major credit card rules and regulations. ** Phone payments are subject to a $9.95 convenience fee. |
